Payment

We ask for advance payment to reserve your goodies. Ask us if you need special arrangements for deliveries.

Cancellation Policy

Creating your dream desserts is a multi-day process of designing, planning, molding, baking and constructing. In order to fulfill your order, we begin the process at least a week in advance.
If you cancel 7+ days before your cake's due date, we will offer you a full refund. If you cancel between 6-3 days before your cake’s due date, we will offer you 50% refund of the total due. If you cancel within 3 days of your due date, we will charge you the full price of the cake

Home Based Online Bakery

We specialize in custom orders that are made to order. With the exception of our Ritz Carlton Collection, your goodies are made in a home kitchen not routinely inspected by the Department of Health under their guidelines by a Certified Food Handler. We are continuing to work towards operating from a baking studio one dessert at a time! Thank you for your continued love and support.
